Founder & Principal Consultant Geologist
His work integrates geological interpretation with data-driven approaches, including applied geostatistics, spatial analysis, resource estimation, and geological modelling to support better technical and business decisions. He has also been involved in mining compliance, technical reporting, and sustainability-related initiatives, including aspects of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) within the mining industry.
Faiz holds a Master of Engineering in Geological Engineering and has further developed his knowledge in Applied Geostatistics through the University of Alberta. He is also a Competent Person Indonesia (CPI)-IAGI MGEI for gold and associated minerals for mineral resources estimastion and also Competent Person under BNSP AEM (for Mineral Exploratio) and ASM (for Mineral Resources Exploration)

Syawaludin is a certified Competent Person in Mineral Reserve Estimation and a Member of AusIMM, bringing practical operational perspectives to project evaluation, reserve development, production optimization, and mining decision-making.
